31.10.2020 — 'Dvě tváře Prahy', meaning Two Faces of Prague, is a competition in which the participating photographers capture either the positive or the negative aspects of Prague. An outdoor exhibition of 23 winning photographs on large panels can be seen until the 5th of November in the pedestrian zone of Na Příkopě Street. The theme of 'Dvě tváře Prahy 2020' was Wenceslas Square and the surrounding area, and all types of photographers took part: adults, young people, children, keen amateurs and professionals. A total of 720 images were sent to the competition, the most in its eleven-year history.

30.9.2019 — The French Institute in Prague is hosting an exhibition of Sibylle Bergemann's photography until the 24th of October. Bergemann is one of the most important German photographers of the last decade.

29.12.2019 — If you come to the National Museum of Agriculture in Prague before the 1st of August 2020, you will be able to admire a photo exhibition called 'Jindřich Štreit and Cycles'. Jindřich Štreit is a world-renowned Czech photographer and according to him, agriculture is his life theme.

15.9.2011 — Vítězné snímky předních světových fotoreportérů hostí Praha po jednadvacáté. V prostorách pražského Karolina ocenil primátor hlavního města Prahy Bohuslav Svoboda irského fotografa Andrewa McConnella, který se letos stal držitelem Ceny Prahy. Ocenění získal za působivou fotografii členky jediného středoafrického symfonického orchestru. Kromě tuzemské poroty jeho práce z Konga, Ghany či Somálska vyzdvihla i mezinárodní porota WPP – ta jej ocenila jej i v kategorii Umění a zábava a v sekci portrétních fotografií. Instalace velkoformátových snímků je doplněna o dvanáct McConnellových děl.
