The festival is taking place in Prague and other Czech cities and towns for the sixth time. Sculpture Line is the largest event in the Czech Republic that supports the connection between sculpture and public space and, in doing so, expands the cultural and artistic potential of public spaces, bringing emotion into public spaces and exploring new possibilities. The main idea of the long-term art project is to introduce contemporary art to both residents and tourists, and to enhance the social function of public spaces.

Prahy (TSK) announced two public contracts for the restoration of Prague's Libeň Bridge, management of the construction and coordination of the entire project. The aim of the first contract is to select a supplier of the construction works and related design and engineering services. The selection process will be carried out in accordance with the FIDIC - Yellow Book conditions (Design & Build project type). The second public contract aims to find a suitable construction manager and project coordinator.

19.8.2011 — Palác Žofín přilákal včera večer milovníky vína, konalo se zde totiž vyhlašování  vítězů prestižní soutěže o nejlepšího vinaře roku 2011. Titul Vinař roku 2011 si odnesl Miroslav Volařík z Mikulova. Primátor hl. m. Prahy vyhlásil a předal medaili Pavlu Kosíkovi z Tvrdonic, který v soutěži obsadil druhé místo.

18.4.2007 — Skauting oslavuje sto let existence. Za tu dobu prošlo skautským oddíly na půl miliardy lidí. V současné době má toto hnutí více než 40 milionů členů na pěti kontinentech. Jen v šesti státech světa skauting neexistuje. Dvě stovky zemí se letos zapojí do velkolepé narozeninové party. Oslavovat bude i Česká republika – tedy 46 tisíc dnešních skautů a odhadem půl milionu českých občanů, kteří byli skauty v minulosti, v mládí. S programem oslav, které proběhnou pod záštitou primátora Pavla Béma, seznámil dnes na tiskové konferenci ve sklepních prostorách Staroměstské radnice místostarosta Junáka Josef Výprachtický. Město, které „Narozeninovou oslavou století“ podpoří finančním darem ve výši 1 200 tis korun, reprezentovala náměstkyně primátora Markéta Reedová.

The festival will take place in Invalidovna in Karlín in Prague on the 27th and 28th of September, while Thursday the 27th of September is reserved for schools.

18.5.2023 — Pražský magistrát ve středu hostil Setkání starostů, radních pro školství a radních pro sport. Společné konference se zúčastnila přibližně stovka radních a starostů, kteří mají tuto gesci ve svých městských částech na starosti. Tématem fóra byly aktuality z jejich odboru, řešila se umělá inteligence či počítačové hry ve výuce.
